1. General Information

This website is owned and operated by Penelope Elnaz Motaee, based in Athens, Greece.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site.
 

2. Products and Artwork

Each piece of artwork listed on this site is an original creation by Penelope, unless otherwise specified.
We make every effort to accurately display colors, textures, and dimensions, but minor variations may occur due to screen settings or photography.

All works are:

  • Hand-painted and one-of-a-kind

  • Signed by the artist

  • Delivered with a certificate of authenticity
     

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are announced in EUR (€) and include VAT (where applicable).

We currently accept payments through:​

  • Revolut

  • Bank transfer (on request)

Payment must be completed before your order is processed and shipped.
 

4. Shipping

Please review our full Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times, costs, and procedures.
 

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the unique nature of the artwork, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.

In case of shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and artwork.
We will assess and offer a suitable resolution (repair, replacement, or partial refund).
 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, texts, artwork, and logos, are the property of Penelope Elnaz Motaee and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
 

7. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or systems

  • Interfere with or disrupt the site’s functionality

We reserve the right to deny access or cancel orders if misuse is detected.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any loss or damage caused by delayed shipments or carrier issues

  • Misuse or misinterpretation of the artwork

  • Technical issues beyond our control
     

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union (EU).
Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
 

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of any revised terms.
