Refund Policy

Effective Date: 10/05/2025

Due to the nature of original art, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.


Please Note:

  • Every artwork is one-of-a-kind and carefully described and photographed. We encourage you to review all details (dimensions, colors, and medium) before placing your order.

  • Slight color differences may occur due to individual screen settings. These do not qualify as defects.


Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives visibly damaged during transit:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at penelope@penelopeartwork.com

  • Include clear photos of the packaging and the damage to the artwork

We will evaluate the case and, at our discretion, offer one of the following:

  • A partial refund

  • A repair (if applicable)

  • A replacement (only if possible and agreed upon)

We do not cover damage reported after 48 hours or caused by mishandling after delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Original artwork

  • Custom or commissioned work

  • Discounted or promotional sale items


Chargebacks & Disputes

We reserve the right to contest any unjustified chargebacks. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that artwork is non-refundable.
