Due to the nature of original art, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
Please Note:

Every artwork is one-of-a-kind and carefully described and photographed. We encourage you to review all details (dimensions, colors, and medium) before placing your order.

Slight color differences may occur due to individual screen settings. These do not qualify as defects.
Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives visibly damaged during transit:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at penelope@penelopeartwork.com

Include clear photos of the packaging and the damage to the artwork
We will evaluate the case and, at our discretion, offer one of the following:

A partial refund

A repair (if applicable)

A replacement (only if possible and agreed upon)
We do not cover damage reported after 48 hours or caused by mishandling after delivery.

Chargebacks & Disputes
We reserve the right to contest any unjustified chargebacks. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that artwork is non-refundable.
