Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Custom or made-to-order artworks may require additional time. You will be notified of the expected delivery window before purchase completion.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to Greece, Europe, and select international locations.

Shipping fees will be calculated after ordering. For international orders, customs fees or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Carriers

We use ELTA Courier, ACS, and DHL depending on the destination and order size. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is shipped.

Packaging

All artworks are professionally packaged:

  • Wrapped in protective materials

  • Reinforced with cardboard backing or wooden crates (for large pieces)

  • Labeled as fragile

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, but we are committed to helping you resolve any issues.

If your package is:

  • Lost: Please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Damaged: Email us photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt at [Your Email]. We will do our best to resolve the issue, including replacement, repair, or refund.
